ZenOCR does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data.
The app does not require an account. We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.
ZenOCR lets you select PDF and image files from your Mac and convert them into text or Markdown.
Your documents, images, and OCR results are processed locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers for OCR processing.

ZenOCR may offer a one-time in-app purchase, such as ZenOCR Pro Lifetime, through Apple’s App Store.
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card information.
ZenOCR only accesses files that you choose to open or import into the app.
On macOS, file access is handled using system file permissions and sandboxing. You can remove files from the app or delete local app data from your Mac at any time.
ZenOCR does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Apple may process information related to App Store downloads, purchases, refunds, and subscriptions according to Apple’s own privacy policy.
ZenOCR is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Because ZenOCR does not collect personal data on our servers, we do not retain personal data about you.
Any documents, OCR results, settings, or purchase status stored locally remain on your device. You can delete local files, remove app data, or uninstall the app from your Mac.
